This Agreement may be updated by Hailingke Electronics at any time, once the updated terms of Agreement are published, they will replace the original terms of Agreement without further notice. Users can check the latest version of the terms of Agreement in this APP. After modifying the terms of the Agreement, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by "HLKRadarTool", and the user's continued use of the Services will be deemed to accept the modified Agreement.

2. Geographic location data. In order to provide you with the service, we may receive geolocation information about your device and related information about your location by storing it in your mobile phone and may use your IP address.
3. File storage permission. Remote download device firmware to local storage, avoid repeated downloads, to achieve OTA upgrade program related functions.
3. Description of the purpose of the authority
1. "HLKRadarTool" uses the Bluetooth function to connect the radar device, and the communication between the two devices requires the user to open the positioning service of the mobile phone and the location of the software to obtain the permission.
2. "HLKRadarTool" Bluetooth permission application. The application is Bluetooth communication, and you need to open the Bluetooth permission to communicate with the radar hardware.
3. HLKRadarTool file storage permission. In order to achieve OTA upgrade equipment procedures and avoid the situation of repeatedly downloading the same firmware remotely and wasting traffic, we will store the next good firmware in a local file and use it all the time next time.
4. Other platforms
1. Other platform SDKS used by "HLKRadarTool".
2. In order to further optimize the APP, obtain crash logs, and collect the Installed Application information for user download and installation statistics, it is necessary to integrate \'com.umeng\', Youmeng SDK and other libraries.
3. In order to let users know more app functions or products: integrated aurora push (cn.jiguang.sdk).
4. Collect personal information types: equipment information (IMEI/MAC/Android ID/IDFA OpenUDID/GUID/SIM card IMSI/ICCID/location/Camera permission/The [Aurora] SDK for application integration is used to obtain user information: software installation list, etc.).
5. User privacy information protection
1. The Service obtains mobile phone data for the normal use of the Service.

In order to protect the information security of you and your end users, we will strive to take reasonable physical, electronic and management security measures in accordance with industry standards to protect your information, and use reasonable efforts to ensure that your information and your end users will not be leaked, damaged or lost. 2. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding upon both parties.
